Tangerine: Enjoy a revamped menu

Spa cuisine takes on new flavours at Tangerine with its new menu. The brains behind the restaurant, consulting chef Ian Kittichai, will be in town from 16 to 19 August to launch the new menu.

Pre-order mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival

This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival falls on 15 September. If you’re looking for mooncakes as gifts or for your own, the Resort offers three selections:
- Joël Robuchon Restaurant: Multi-flavoured snow-skin mooncakes from Singapore’s only three-starred Michelin restaurant.
- Feng Shui Inn: Besides traditional white lotus paste and egg yolk, you’ll find Cantonese-style mooncakes with unique ingredients such as wild cordycep, pearl powder and red bean custard.
- Universal Studios Singapore: Minion mooncakes with exciting flavours such as banana, pandan and matcha.

Dine at the newly minted Michelin-starred restaurants
After a long wait, Singapore finally has its own Michelin Guide. RWS has received a total of seven stars for our dining establishments, with Joël Robuchon Restaurant listed as the only 3-star restaurant in Singapore.

Michelin-starred masterpiece from Chef Guy Martin at CURATE

Two Michelin star chef Guy Martin who was here for Art at Curate Series Two might have returned to France but his influence remain at CURATE in the two menus he co-created:
- CURATE Signature Menu: Five-course at $158++, with Wine Pairing at $198++
- CURATE Degustation Menu: Eight-course at $198++ with Wine Pairing at $268++
Highlights in the menu include:
- Maine lobster served warm, rhubarb, tomato flavoured with ginger
- Traditional oxtail black truffles ‘Parmentier’

Set lunch for two at Fratelli for $51

Buffalo mozzarella cheese served with medley of vine tomatoes and basil pesto sauce.

Art at Curate Series Three with 3-star Michelin chef Esben Holmboe Bang

Chef Esben Holmboe Bang from Oslo’s Maaemo–the first restaurant in Norway to garner three Michelin stars–will be headlining Art at Curate Series Three from 16 to 25 September.
His cuisine is focused on creating an experience around the clean, bright flavours of Norway, using entirely organic, biodynamic, or wild produce. Enjoy his signatures such as:
- Langoustine ‘signature’ pickled spruce and rapeseed
- Scallop from the coast of Trondheim, grilled in the shell over burning embers winter apples and celeriac
