Heavenly news for gourmands in Singapore this April. To start, we are launching the first Art at Curate, a Michelin chef showcase event, with top chef Massimiliano Alajmo on 29 April.
And fresh from a stint on Singapore Channel 8’s Chefs on Wheels mobile kitchen series, chef Sam Leong and family is back with a new four-course menu of Chinese cuisine by three generations of talented chefs.

Art at Curate Series 1: Massimiliano Alajmo

For the first series at Art at Curate, Asia’s first Michelin chef showcase restaurant, enjoy dishes crafted by three-Michelin star chef Massimiliano Alajmo, who became one of the youngest chefs (at 28 years old) to earn the coveted distinction for his restaurant in 2002.

Fresh from the 13-episode Chef on Wheels mobile kitchen television series, celebrity chef Sam Leong and family are back with a dining repertoire spanning three generations of culinary skills.
Bringing you select dishes featured on the television show, this four-course menu will showcase a specialty from each of the Leong chefs, in a unique menu that changes each week.
