You’re visiting Resorts World Sentosa and you’re planning a shopping list for your friends and family. If you want to get more bang for your buck, check out this list of gifts under $5 at Universal Studios Singapore (USS) and S.E.A. Aquarium (SEAA). Warning: there are many, many magnets ahead.
Souvenirs under $5 at Universal Studios Singapore
The items listed here are from “That’s a Wrap”, the merchandise shop located just outside the theme park. You won’t need USS admission tickets to visit this store so you can pop by here to get the souvenirs you need.
For Sesame Street fans, there’s a choice of magnets including Big Bird, Elmo, and Cookie Monster. Each magnet is priced at $4.90. 
Here’s an even more budget friendly magnet: Get 5 USS Globe Magnets at $20. 
If you like Shrek, these magnets are $3.90 each. 
You can also pick 3 of the following magnets for $10. 
Get more bang for your 10 bucks with these 4 for $10 Star Pens. That’s $2.50 for each pen. 
If your friends like receiving postcards, here’s a bunch to choose from. You can also give them directly to your friends (without postage) as a souvenir. It’s $1.50 for one postcard. But if you buy three at one go, it’s $3. 
Souvenirs under $5 at the S.E.A. Aquarium
You’ll need admission tickets to the S.E.A. Aquarium to reach the souvenir shop. It is located at the basement level of the Maritime Experiential Museum, right after you exit the Aquarium’s Shark Seas habitat. For magnet afficiandoes, the S.E.A. Aquarium has a selection of magnets to choose from at $4 each. Some of these magnets even haves a small erasable area for notes, such as “Buy Milk!!!” 
Have you ever wished for a giant eraser? No? Maybe your friend back home has. Get this for him. 
Coasters are good gifts since they keep tables pristine from cups of hot tea or watermarks from condensation on glasses with cold drinks. There are cheerful dolphin coasters or tropical fishes to choose from. 
There are a large number of colourful key chains available at $4. Take your pick from plastic or wooden key chains. 
Do kids still use stationery these days or has everything moved to computers? You can get school children these marine-themed stationery. Take your pick from colourful pens at $4. 
How about pens that look like sea creatures? Models available include koi, seahorse and that blue fish at $5. 
For school children still using pencils, there are also pencils at $3. 
How about rulers at $4? The one stationary to rule them all. 
There’s also Tiger Balm for sale at $4.60 at S.E.A. Aquarium. Probably not as a gift item per se, but might be useful for that headache from browsing through too much magnets and stationery.
