What’s available at PISCO?
A signature dish at PISCO is the ceviche.
This seafood dish is made from raw fish marinated in lemon juice, making it both refreshing and appetizing. Unlike sashimi where the fish is served raw, the lemon juice “cooks” the raw fish so they end up semi-cooked.
