Osia is pulling out all the stops for Mother’s Day with their Iconic Set Menu for dinner. It is a delectable line-up of their all-star dishes, treating mothers to only the best.
The modern menu has Asian influences tempered with Western touches, as seen in courses such as the Fjord Trout which is confit at 42°C and served with Spiced Cashew Nut, Pineapple Vanilla Rum Jelly and Cilantro Butter Gel.
The Foie Gras, Pan-Fried, Banana Textures, Madagascar Vanilla, Jamaican Rum is a playful dish combining savoury and sweet. The special Mother’s Day Gyomatsu Menu consisting of 5 courses features the restaurant’s signature Sea Urchin Rolled with Wagyu Beef as well as the Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Beef which has perfect outer crust and served with Brandy, Soy Sauce and Wasabi.
The 7-course Akamatsu Menu on the other hand, includes the Grilled Cod Saikyo Miso, Yuzu Miso Sauce and Dried Mullet Powder. The fish is carefully prepared over three days and marinated in a sake, mirin, white miso and Jyo Hakuta sugar.

The Double-Boiled Tom Yam Consommé Chicken & Basil Dumpling awakens the palate with its combination of spices and the Garlic River Shrimp with Risoni Light Coconut Red Curry Crème is light yet flavourful.
For mains, guests can choose between the Confit Sakura Chicken Thigh Lemon Coulis, Sweet Potato Puree, Sauté Wild Mushroom and Barramundi Fillet Asian Salsa Dressing, Parma Ham & Wild Pepper Leaf Salad.
