RWS February dining highlights - RWScoop- The Resorts World Sentosa Blog

From Lunar New Year Yu Sheng to Valentine’s Day meals to a new restaurant, here are the four highlights of the dining options at RWS in the month of February:

Yu Sheng from Lunar New Year festive menu

Once an optional choice, the Yu Sheng now seems like a staple at Lunar New Year gatherings with people enjoying tossing their way to a prosperous new year.

Our restaurants serving Lunar New Year festive specials have their unique versions of the raw fish salad. Check out our review of three Yu Sheng from Avenue Joffre, Feng Shui Inn and Forest.

Eight Happiness Chinese Rice Cakes from Feng Shui Inn

Here’s something different from the usual brown sugar Chinese rice cakes, Feng Shui Inn’s Eight Happiness Chinese Rice Cakes are coconut-flavoured and shaped like longevity peaches.

The S$58+ set includes nine rice cakes–eight small and one large. The ones you get are refrigerated so you’ll need to steam these for 25 minutes before you serve them at home.

Other rice cakes from Feng Shui Inn include the Layered Cake with Custard & Golden Flakes (reviewed here) and Conpoy Carrot Cake each at S$48+ per portion.

Valentine’s Day dining at RWS

We heard that the way to a person’s heart is through the stomach so plan an extra romantic meal during Valentine’s weekend at our seven restaurants (and even at Adventure Cove Waterpark).

We pick three special places for a romantic meal:

Palio

We’re intrigued by the special 4-Course Valentine’s Day dinner at Palio (S$168++ for two) available on 13 and 14 February. You won’t need to fly to Italy to enjoy a romantic Italian meal.

In the menu, you may find Tuscan highlights such as the marinated Salmon Fillet with Ikura Roe and Welsh Lamb Loin with Cherry and Chianti Wine sauce.

Check out rwsentosa.com for more information on Valentine’s Day dining promotions.

Ocean Restaurant

If you’re looking for a restaurant with a view that can’t be beat, Ocean Restaurant is your top choice. You can watch the underwater world glide by while you dine. The restaurant is serving a 5-Course Menu at S$428++ for two on 13 and 14 February.

Food shots are always great, especially with a view like this at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora.
