Taishi Banquet: A Collaboration by Feng Shui Inn and Lianhe Wanbao.
Taishi cuisine is largely a lost art with no formal records or recipes, except for generic descriptions in articles.
Head Chef Li Kwok Kwong relied on the extensive knowledge he picked up in Hong Kong, teachings from elders, and his experience and creativity to recreate this epic banquet for true connoisseurs.
