3. Try Mala Turkey Leg

Introduced this month, the Mala-flavoured Turkey Leg adds an extra zing to this fan-favourite snack. The roasted turkey leg is coated with a layer of Mala sauce with Sichuan peppercorns, chili pepper and spices.

Numb your mouth with the Mala Turkey Leg (S$14).

The numbness from the Mala sauce kicks in several seconds after you bite into the turkey leg. Your lips and tongue will tingle from this for a long while even after you’ve finished the juicy drumstick.

At about 20cm-long, the turkey leg is HUGE! After getting over the numbness of the mala on the skin, you’ll find the smokey flavoured meat that’s firmer than chicken.

Because of its size, you might need to share the turkey leg with someone else or you’ll feel too full to enjoy the other food at USS.

Find it at Marilyn’s …Has Great Legs food truck next to Hollywood China Bistro.

4. See Park decorations and cool window display

The Park is decorated with Lunar New Year decorations. They’re only up for a limited time and make great photo opportunities.

5. Walk through a Universal Journey

If you haven’t visited the Guinness World Record-breaking light display yet, you’re in luck. It has been extended until 12 February. Bring your camera and snap photos in all the eight themed zones.
