#WhatsInADish: Thai Mango Sticky Rice [infographics]

Although Thailand is well-known for its savoury (and sometimes exotic) delicacies, equally iconic is its Mango Sticky Rice dessert that it both sweet and savoury. The dish is best eaten shortly after it is bought, because the fresh coconut milk will go bad if left un-refrigerated for too long, and the sticky rice will turn hard and clumpy when refrigerated.
