Experience four of the Resort’s fabulous star and celebrity chef restaurants in one gastronomic evening. In this Celebrity Food Trail, you’ll start with a welcome cocktail at Michael’s Lounge, followed by stops at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Osia, Syun and Feng Shui Inn.
Here are the signature picks from each restaurant.
First stop: Michael’s Lounge
Gather at the chic indoor bar and lounge of Hotel Michael for a welcome drink, the signature Michael Sling cocktail.
Second stop: L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon
Get your meal to a dramatic and glamorous start at the sleek L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a two-time winner in the Best Dining Experience category at the Singapore Experience Awards.
Here you’ll tuck into a refreshing appetiser of Lobster Carpaccio.
Third stop: Osia
For your first main, get a taste of Osia’s iconic set menu in the form of its Grainge Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, which is paired with creamed artichoke, basil cèpes (mushrooms), Acquerello rice and a delectable red wine sauce.
Fourth stop: Syun
Next stop is the elegant Japanese restaurant Syun, where you’ll tuck into the second main: the signature Grilled Cod with Saikyo Miso, Yuzu Miso Sauce and Dried Millet Powder.
The silky cod will melt in your mouth, perfumed by the salty and sweet miso and dried millet. Pickled ginger flower and bay berry add a refreshing note to the dish.
Fifth stop: Feng Shui Inn
End your culinary journey at Feng Shui Inn, famous for its authentic and elegant Cantonese cuisine. Enjoy the exquisite Organic Avocado Sago Cream in Papaya Ring, served chilled with a golden Black Pepper Crispy Pie.
Finish on a sweet note with a cup of premium Hokkien Duoi Hong Bau tea.
