For starters, let’s take a bite into the very best of fine dining.

Michelin and celebrity chefs restaurants

Resorts World Sentosa holds the most Michelin stars in Singapore in one dining destination. It had a total of 7 Michelin Stars (2016) in the first edition of Michelin Guide Singapore, while in 2017, it has 6 Michelin Stars across three restaurants.

Joël Robuchon Restaurant

The cream of the crop is none other than Joël Robuchon Restaurant, the only restaurant in Singapore now to hold 3 Michelin Stars.

Located in Hotel Michael, this restaurant by the world’s most decorated chef Joël Robuchon serves French haute cuisine in a setting that oozes luxury. If you are looking for something that wows the date, this is hands down no contest.

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon

Right next door is sister establishment, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, holder of 2 Michelin Stars.

Where Joël Robuchon Restaurant goes classical high dining, L’Atelier takes a slightly different tack – with a more convivial environment where you get to witness the chefs in action.

Set in a sleek black and red interior, be transported into a world of dining that is as much about the food as it is about your surroundings.

Osia Steak & Seafood Grill

Barramundi with Browned Onion, Oxtail Croustillant and Parmesan Foam OSIA

Rounding up the list of Michelin-starred restaurants is 1 Michelin Star Osia Steak & Seafood Grill.

The restaurant, with a renewed focus on communal dining and premium meats, serves modern Australian food.

True to its name, the main highlights are its selection of meats and seafood items, most of which are flown in from Australia. For meat and seafood lovers, this is a heavenly choice.

Forest 森

6 Head Abalone Oven Baked with Black Truffle Sauce in Salt Crust, accompanied with King Oyster Mushroom and Seasonal Vegetable.

Located in Equarius Hotel is Forest 森 by chef Sam Leong. Its interior is spacious, fitting the back-to-nature theme of its surroundings.

Forest 森 serves contemporary Chinese fine dining, marrying techniques and ingredients from the East and West.

Unlike traditional Chinese restaurants, food here is plated separately and will surprise your palate with its different take on classical dishes.

Feng Shui Inn

Double-boiled Fish Maw with Chinese Gingseng and Lotus Seeds Soup from Feng Shui Inn

For purveyors of Cantonese cuisine, there is no better place than Feng Shui Inn.

From dim sum to seafood dishes, our veteran Hong Kong chefs will impress you with their selection of authentic classical Chinese dishes.

For the discerning gourmand, you can even opt for really premium meats and seafood, which can set you back quite a bit, but will certainly impress the entourage.

Fratelli – Trattoria | Pizzeria

At Fratelli – Trattoria | Pizzeria, one of the Resort’s newer restaurants, you’ll get Italian flavours by the mouthful.

A one-destination-two-experiences sort of place, it is helmed by the Cerea brothers of the famed Da Vittorio restaurants in Italy.

From pizzas to pastas, it’ll satisfy your cravings for all foods Italian, as we discovered when we visited for lunch.

Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora

Ocean Restaurant Pink Shrimp

For dining with a view, you’ll love Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora.

Located underwater within the S.E.A. Aquarium, its menu of Californian-Mediterranean seafood dishes by “America’s first female Iron Chef” Cat Cora is elegantly prepared with natural ingredients and fresh local produce.

You may enjoy the fresh, clean taste of the popular sous vide salmon, but we think you will certainly enjoy the view.

Syun Resorts World Sentosa

For quality Japanese fine dining, check out Syun.

The quiet elegance of its menu is reflected in the zen, earthy tones of the restaurant.

Helmed by chef Hal Yamashita, it prides itself on quality ingredients used in its unique nouvelle interpretation of Kobe cuisine. It even has its own brand of sake, one that you can only find in other Yamashita restaurants in Japan.

Wagyu with Burn Pumpkin, Baby Root, Puffed Wild Rice and Jus

Flavour, freshness and nutrition are central philosophies at Tangerine.

The spa cuisine restaurant located inside ESPA serves healthy meals that defy the conventional perception of spa food.

It serves nutritious dishes that are nothing short of tasty and flavourful, through the judicious use of sauces and spices. Good for your body, great for your taste buds, its not just a restaurant for the gym-bodies.
