Enjoy a special 8-course Mother’s Day Lunch menu which consists 13 tasting portions of Celebrity Chef Sam Leong’s finest creations, in the well-lighted, spacious and high-ceilinged Forest restaurant.
Begin by indulging in the decadent appetiser combos of foie gras and baby abalone, Vietnamese Roll with sliced lobster in X.O. chili sauce and king oyster mushroom, and chawanmushi with foie gras and shrimp ball.
The main courses include steamed king prawn with glass vermicelli and garlic in fish soya sauce, charcoal-grilled kurobuta pork in Hosin sauce, braised Ee-Fu noodle with dried scallop and crab meat, and Japanese pearl rice with prawn in chicken broth.
Comes with a complimentary glass of Altos Los Romeros Chardonnay.
Forest 森 Mother’s Day 8-course Lunch Menu is available at S$78++ on 8 May. A separate 6-course Dinner Menu at S$148++ is available from 7 to 8 May.

Enjoy the 5-course spa cuisine menu in the calming environment of Tangerine.
Start with a cleansing salad bowl of cured salmon tartare and rich soup of roasted crème of Butternut. Choose between barramundi fillet or sous vide Sakura chicken breast as your main dish. Cap off the meal with the light lemongrass jello.
Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora
What to say: “Mum, look at the view! And the food, of course.”
Enjoy the 4-course lunch set at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora while admiring the spectacular view of the Open Ocean Habitat. There are three to four options for the appetiser, mains and dessert. We’re highlighting some of our favourites here.
For appetiser, the sous vide Scottish salmon roulade retains the sweetness and moisture of the high-protein dish. The main course is French-style fish stew bouillabaisse cooked using fish from New Zealand, served with rouille on bread.
Satisfy your mother’s sweet tooth with Vacherin, a dessert that features violet Pavlova with blue and black berries in sugar syrup, almond ice cream and a dash of mint juice.
Toast to your mum’s health with a complimentary glass of Altos Los Romeros Chardonnay.
Feng Shui Inn
What to say: “Mum, you’ll be young and healthy with these food.”
Perfect for groups of four or more, Feng Shui Inn’s special menu contains Cantonese dishes that not only leave you smacking your lips, they are also beneficial to health and beauty.
In the six-course Mother’s Day menu, you’ll find the double-boiled sea whelk soup with fish maw and almond which helps with complexion and invigorates blood circulation.
The braised farm chicken has herbs to build strength and immunity while the dessert double-boiled papaya has ingredients beneficial to the digestive system and can treat cough.

Perfect for mothers who want to try everything. For Mother’s Day, the buffet spread at Starz Restaurant offers up to 50 different dishes from a large selection of Asian and Western food.
