Enjoy Michelin-starred flavours from France
For a week, savour dishes prepared by Chef Guy Martin, the two-star Michelin chef who runs Le Grand Véfour, the first grand restaurant in Paris.
Chef Martin is here at RWS from 8 to 15 July for Art at Curate Series Two, bringing with him signature dishes such as Foie gras raviolis, black truffles cream and Traditional oxtail black truffles “parmentier”.
Say “Buongiorno” to free-flow foie gras, truffled-topped dishes
Enjoy unlimited foie gras and truffle-topped dishes at Sunday Brunch Italian Buffet at Fratelli only on 24 July 2016.
The restaurant is supervised by three-star Michelin chefs, brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea, from the Da Vittorio restaurants in Italy. This is a unique chance to try the many authentic Italian dishes at the restaurant.
Enjoy authentic dim sum at Avenue Joffre
Surprise your taste buds with xiao long bao, prawn dumpling, abalone siew mai and more prepared in the unique style of ‘The Queen of Dim Sum’, Chef Ge Xian’e who will be at the restaurant from 4 to 8 July.
With over 30 years of dim sum culinary experience, her dim sum spread hits all the right spots and leaves you craving for more.
Meet Cat Cora from 3 to 7 July
Celebrity Chef Cat Cora is in town from 3 to 7 July, bringing with her sous vide Scottish salmon, lobster milk, roasted peach and other dishes. Come to Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora during the period and you might just meet the Iron Chef in person.
Traditional Shunde Cuisine at Feng Shui Inn
Shunde is known for its abundance of produce and its light, homely cuisine that transforms mundane ingredients into simple yet sophisticated flavours.
With his mastery of traditional culinary techniques, Chef Li Kwok Kwang recreates the authentic taste of Shunde with a classic repertoire that includes Daliang Style Crispy Chicken Roll, Braised Pig Tail Stew and Stir-fried Milk Cubes. Check out the menu, available only this month.
Michelin Guide Singapore 2016 Gala Dinner
