Hello Hokkaido!

Here are 7 things you must not miss at Hello Hokkaido!:

Yatai Stalls

Location: B1 Forum
hello hokkaido

Yatai (屋台) is a small, mobile food stall in Japan which typically sells street food such as ramen and snacks. Here at Hello Hokkaido! you can tuck into a scrumptious variety of Japanese fare at our Yatai stalls, ranging from bentos, ramen and seafood dons to char siew buns and onsen tamago. There are also plenty of Japanese pastries, confectionary, dairy products and desserts available.

Look out for the highly popular Santouka tonkotsu ramen, Ninjamen and Shiroi Koibito cookies. Click here for full list of stalls

Crab Bash

Location: B1 Forum (Yatai stall numbers 13 & 15)

Pick your own crabs and have them cooked for you on the spot!

The Esashi yatai stall will be offering four types of freshly imported crabs, namely King Crab, Snow Crab, Blue King Crab and Hairy Crab which you can pick and have the chef cook it before your eyes.

The crabs by Esashi are fished from their fishing grounds in the Sea of Okhotsk, north of Hokkaido. And this is the first time they’re brining in their seafood to Singapore. You can only taste them at Hello Hokkaido!

Hello Hokkaido!

If you’re in the mood for something fancier, our celebrity chef restaurants have created special crab menus just for the event, such as Zuwai Gani (snow crab) Shabu Shabu by Syun and Crispy Fried Chunky Snow Crab with Seven Spices by Feng Shui Inn. Check out the menus here

Nippon seishu Tanchotsuru Junmai sake
A premium junmai gingko with a soft texture created by the cold and slow fermentation process.

Nippon Seishu Honjyozo Namara Chokara sake

Too many choices? The friendly staff at the stall will be able to recommend you the different types of sake based on your preference.

Join our sake social event on 19 and 26 November from 3 to 6pm at the Makoto-ya booth. The sake sommelier will share how to appreciate sake and how to pair sake with the yatai food at Hello Hokkaido!
