Internet addicts rejoice! Free WiFi access is available at Resorts World Sentosa, specifically at our hotel lobbies and attractions. Now you can Facebook/Instagram/Tweet/Path your adventures at the Resort for free.

WiFi access at hotel lobbies is only for hotel guests, while access in the rest of the Resort is open for all guests.

How to connect to free WiFi at hotel lobbies

If you’re a hotel guest, head to the front desk where they’ll pass you a set of instructions (with a digital access code) to connect to the network.

Internet access is only available at the lobby.

How to register for free WiFi at the attractions

  • Universal Studios Singapore
  • S.E.A. Aquarium
  • Adventure Cove Waterpark

If you’re at the above locations, here’s how you can connect to the Internet for free.

Step 1: Turn on WiFi in settings and search for SSID ‘GuestWIFI@RWS’

Once you are in the attraction, turn on your device’s WiFi connection and look for the network ‘GuestWIFI@RWS’.

Step 2: Register with a valid email address

Enter a valid email address (we’ll be sending the activation link to your account) and let us know your country of residence.

Click on the red AGREE button to continue. This means you agree to being contacted by email for marketing and customer research purposes.

Step 3: Check your email to activate your access

After submitting the details, you’ll have five minutes WiFi access for you to check your email. We’ll send you a link. Click on it to to authenticate and activate your wireless internet access.

Wifi access is valid for 12 hours. You’ll need to register a different log-in if you’re using a different device.
