*SOLD OUT* Sunday Brunch Italian Buffet at Fratelli: free-flow foie gras and truffle topped dishes

There are Italian buffets and there is the Sunday Brunch Italian Buffet at Fratelli.

Mark down 24 July on your calendar and grab your squad for what is (probably) your once-in-a-lifetime chance to enjoy a wide range of Michelin-quality Italian cuisine in one setting.

Just what makes it so special?

1. Helmed by three-star Michelin chefs

Fratelli is helmed by three-star Michelin chefs, brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea, whose family runs the acclaimed Da Vittorio restaurants in Italy. If their food can impress Michelin inspectors, we can only imagine what a buffet of that level must be like.

2. Authentic Italian

If you’re an Italian at heart, you’ll be thrilled to know that Fratelli’s menu has NOT been tweaked to suit local tastes. Everything from antipasti to pizzas and desserts are prepared the same way they are done in Italy.

3. Free flow of foie gras and truffle topped dishes

If foie gras and black truffles send you to seventh heaven, you’ll experience gastronomic nirvana at this buffet brunch. Think unlimited servings of Pan-seared Foie Gras Escalope and Porcini mushroom ‘Cappuccino’ Soup with Black Truffle Shavings.

What’s more, these dishes are freshly cooked à la minute at the live stations. Which means your foie gras will be piping hot and melt-in-your-mouth.

4. Not on the menu

You won’t find this buffet brunch on the menu. It is an exclusive event by RWS Invites and a one-off opportunity to savour some of Fratelli’s signature dishes at a very attractive price.
