Chocolate fans convene at Resorts World Sentosa this May. Internationally-known chocolate chef Bruno Le Derf, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier Confiseur (The Best Craftsman of France Chocolatier) bestowed by the French President in 2007 and currently an Ambassador for Cacao Barry, will be unravelling the secrets of cocoa.
Join chocolate chef Bruno Le Derf as he demonstrates the making of three chocolate creations using the finest-grade of Cacao Barry chocolate including Cinnamon Praline Chocolate Bonbon, Lemon Caramel Chocolate Bonbon and St. Dominque Chocolate Cake with Red Fruit at the Boulangerie, Festive Hotel. Treat your senses to Chef Bruno’s decadent creations at a cocktail reception, learn about his craft and find out why not all pastry chefs can work with chocolate. To top it off, bring home a bag of chocolate delights to relish your session with the chocolate maestro!
In collaboration with Cacao Barry, the Culinary Demo is available on 10 May at $30++ per person. RWS Invites members enjoy a special member rate at $20++.

Specially for the month of May, Boulangerie will present a chocolate afternoon tea set designed by Chef Bruno Le Derf. The irresistibly elegant set of chocolate indulgence comprises Chocolate Brownies with Hazelnut and Orange, Coffee and Chocolate Financier, Pistache and Morello Cherry Macaron and bonbons in different flavours.
