1) Joël Robuchon Restaurant (JRR)
Treat your loved ones to a lavish dining experience like no other at the only three Michelin-starred restaurant in Singapore.
Featuring signatures like the Shaved black truffle and potatoes topped with foie gras carpaccio as well as the Pan-seared scallop with pumpkin cream and crispy chestnuts, the eight-course dinner menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be at S$588++ per person, while the eight-course New Year’s Eve dinner menu will be at S$508++ per person.
2) L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon (AJR)
Class meets conviviality at this two Michelin-starred restaurant famed for offering diners a theatrical experience of the dramatic open kitchen.
Witness the making of signatures like the Chestnut veloute with smoked bacon jelly and black truffle and the Roasted Turbot under scales of celeriac and black truffle, and Roasted pigeon and foie gras steamed in savoy cabbage as you get from row seats to culinary artistry in action.
The eight-course Christmas dinner menu will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Likewise, the New Year’s dinner menu will be available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Both menus are priced at S$388++ per person.
3) Osia Steak and Seafood Grill
Tis’ the season for sharing, and Osia’s festive sharing set menus are all about sharing hearty meals with your loved ones.
The Seafood Platter includes the freshest oceanic treasures of Maine lobsters, Fremantle octopus, Hokkaido scallops, Skull Island Tiger King prawns and New Zealand little neck clams, while the Grill Platter promises to delight meat-lovers with the most premium cuts of Tajima Wagyu beef tenderloin MS 6 and Murray Bridge pasture fed lamb saddle.
The Christmas sharing set menu will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, while the New Year’s sharing set menu will be available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Both menus are priced at S$148++ per person.
Individual three-, four- and five-course festive menus will also be available from 1 to 23 December 2017.
Authentic European Christmas experiences
This Christmas, Chef de Cuisine Benjamin Halat is bringing the authentic alpine holiday experience to you, right here in sunny Singapore.
Begin the experience with canapés served in a wine cellar, followed by Pig’s Trotter with braised cabbage and beer glace and other hardy German classics with a fine dining twist at CURATE. Finally, end off your seven-course dinner with the quintessential German Christmas sweet Kaiserschmarn with rumtopf. The 7-course Christmas dinner menu will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at S$188++ per person.
Then on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, enjoy other festive German classics like the “Simmentaler” Beef Tenderloin served with potato roesti and bean cassoulet, Swiss Cheese Fondue and Engadine Nut Cake with walnut and dulcey in a seven-course dinner menu at S$198++ per person.
Celebrity chefs Enrico and Roberto Cerea bring their signature elegant style and authentic Italian flavours to Fratelli’s festive menus.
Enjoy a Bianco Natale (‘White Christmas’) or welcome 2018 (Benventuo 2018) with the Foie gras “Tartufino”, raspberry liquid core as well as the homemade Linguini pasta, Piedmont’s traditional bagna cauda sauce and truffle and hazelnut crumble in a five-course Christmas dinner menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at S$128++ per person, and the New Year’s dinner menu on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day at S$138++ per person.
Both menus end off with a Vittorio traditional panettone cake and homemade nougat “torrone” that you definitely do not want to miss out on.

6) Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora
Nothing screams ‘special occasion’ more than an out-of-this-world experience.
Come celebrate the holidays at Southeast Asia’s only underwater restaurant known for its healthy yet scrumptious dishes, and be mesmerized by the unforgettable vistas of the S.E.A. Aquarium’s Open Ocean Habitat. Highlights of the festive menus include the glazed chestnut in Glace de Viande, served with yabbies, crème fraiche and hoisin sauce and the Atlantic black cod served with pearl miso barley and seasonal vegetables.
Available for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Prices start at $60++ per person for three-course lunch, and $138++ per person for four-course dinner.
Festive feasting doesn’t have to be decadent.
With its sustainable farm-to-table concept of dishes that are light and nutritious, the main stars of Tangerine’s six-course Christmas menu are the Atlantic cod served with carrot puree and cream, Kaffir lime and cumin and the Wagyu beef striploin with truffle Aioli, fried sunchoke, Brussel sprouts and mustard seed – available for dinner on Christmas Eve, and lunch and dinner on Christmas Day.
The New Year’s menu will showcase wholesome dishes like the Slow cooked salmon with cauliflower couscous and hazelnut as well as the Wagyu beef striploin with celeriac truffle risotto and pickled mushroom. It will be available for dinner on New Year’s Eve, and lunch and dinner on New Year’s Day.
Both menus are priced at S$138++ per person.

8) Feng Shui Inn (FSI)
Your New Year’s Resolution to eat healthily doesn’t have to wait till the stroke of midnight before it begins.
Guided by his belief in the healing principles of Chinese food therapy, Chef Li Kwok Kwong presents a luxurious six-course menu that includes Double boiled Sea Whelk with snow pear soup and wok fried rice with black truffles and scallops.
The Christmas menu will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, while the New Year’s menu will be available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Both menus are priced at S$98++ per person with a minimum of two diners.
This one’s for the Asian families who love Chinese cuisine just as much as they love Christmas.
Celebrity Chef Sam Leong recreates familiar Chinese favourites and makes them contemporary this festive season, with delectable dishes like the King Prawn baked in Marmite sauce, pan seared Australian Lamb chop marinated with Lemongrass and served with Port wine sauce as well as the Abalone Crab meat rice vermicelli soup.
