Ask any Team Member for assistance.

Or check with our Lost and Found, at Guest Services counters. These are located in-park for Universal Studios Singapore and S.E.A. Aquarium, just past the entry gantries; or right outside entrance of Adventure Cove Waterpark.

3. What’s the best way to buy attraction tickets from Resorts World Sentosa?

We recommend pre-booking your tickets online at rwsentosa.com because the print-at-home function gives you immediate access into the attraction without needing to stop at a ticket counter. Print out your e-ticket and you can head straight into the Park.

If you’re from overseas, booking online lets you choose the best promotions available for your country. (These promos won’t be available when you buy them at the ticketing booth.)

Other channels to get your tickets are:

  • By calling +65 6577 8888
  • By buying at the ticketing booths in RWS.
Tickets for Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Waterpark are available at any ticket booth found outside each attraction. Find the booth with the shortest queue to save time. (Dolphin Island is an exception as you need to make online reservations or on-site booking at Adventure Cove Waterpark),

Check the Visitor information page for each attraction to find out the ticketing booth operating hours:

4. Is there a way to skip attraction lines?

We don’t allow queue cutting but you can access a shorter Express Queue with express passes.

For Universal Studios Singapore, your options are:

  • Universal Express, which allows use of express queue once at each participating attraction. Price starts from S$30.
  • Universal Express Unlimited, which allows unlimited express access at each participating attraction. Price starts from S$50.

These express passes can be used at these attractions. Exceptions are photo ops with characters, Amber Rock Climb and outdoor shows. Participating attractions are revised periodically.

For Adventure Cove Waterpark

  • The Adventure Express is available for you to skip the queue once at Rainbow Reef and Riptide Rocket. Price starts from S$10.

Note that all express passes are not valid for admission into these parks (only for access to express queues within the park). Park admission passes need to be purchased separately.

As limited quantities of express passes are issued daily, getting yours in advance from our website is recommended.
