A feast of premium dumplings

The Dragon Boat Festival falls on 30 May this 2017. Chinese communities worldwide celebrate this day with dragon boat races and eating ‘zong zi’ (dumplings made from glutinous rice), a tradition that dates back to the Zhou Dynasty of China and the legend of Qu Yuan.

For ‘zong zi’ feasting, Resorts World Sentosa has put together a collection of five premium dumplings by five celebrity restaurants for the occasion. Each set has a selection of:

Organic Barley and Quinoa (Vegetarian) dumpling

This vegetarian dumpling is a good source of minerals: molybdenum, manganese, dietary fibre, selenium, copper, vitamin B1, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium and niacin. With zero trans fat and zero cholesterol, this great tasting dumpling is said to be beneficial for heart health too.
