Debuted in 2016, CURATE is a Michelin chef showcase restaurant, created specifically as a stage for visiting Michelin-starred chefs from around the world to showcase their culinary creations.
These visiting chefs will curate exclusive tasting menus, served only for a limited time. Every few months, a new Michelin-starred chef will be invited to helm CURATE, bringing his or her own culinary creations to the table – in a series known as Art at Curate, a Michelin star experience in partnership with Michelin Guide Singapore and renowned wine authority, Robert Parker Wine Advocate.

When Art at Curate is not in season, CURATE’s resident chef Benjamin Halat runs the kitchen. He showcases a menu of interesting, contemporary cuisines that draws from his years of experience in Europe and Asia, and is available year-round (except when the seasonal Art at Curate takes place).
