Series One of Art at Curate (29 Apr to 6 May) with 3-Michelin star chef Massimiliano Alajmo has ended. But gourmands who missed the earlier opportunity to meet the chef may still get a bite of his creations here in Singapore, without having to fly to his restaurant Le Calandre in Italy.
For a limited period from 10 May, enjoy two menus co-created by chef Massimiliano and resident chef at CURATE at Resorts World Sentosa.
The menus boast some of chef Massimiliano’s famous dishes from Le Calandre, including Cuttlefish Cappuccino and Saffron Risotto, prepared with meticulous care by the resident chef at CURATE.
