3 things you need to do at the Carrot Cause

The RWS Carrot Cause at Palio
Yes, carrots love Italian cuisine.

It’s Wednesday, 5pm, and the week seemed to have stretched impossibly long. We reckon a good way to break the seemingly unending marathon of work commitments would be to indulge in a good ol’ Tuscan dinner. Better yet, if you eat at Palio on 29 May at the RWS Carrot Cause, your money doesn’t even go to the restaurant – EVERYTHING will be donated to the charity of your choosing.

Here’re 3 ways to make the night even more enjoyable.

1.    Spiff up in a flamboyant carrot themed outfit

Come decked in the most outrageous carrot-influenced fashion and take part in the Carrot Couture pageant and stand a chance to walk away with some attractive prizes. If not, just choose to come in something orange or carrot themed to get into the mood of things.

Or something like this is fine. If you want to dress up, that is.

2.    Bring your mega-watt smile

Before anything, a photo memento is a must. Take one for the photo album, complete with zany props at our Carrot Photobooth on the night of the RWS Carrot Cause. Get creative and outdo all other poses you’ve done before.

If you see the word “carrot” it’s because… we were trying to form the word “carrot”.

3.    Come with a monster appetite

Dig in to bona fide Italian eats.Revel in a night of gluttonous epicure, minus all the after-meal guilt in the name of charity.

You’ll also stand a chance to win the Carrot Bid auction for a Carrot Cake specially baked by RWS’ Executive Chef Kenny Kong. Proceeds will go to your selected beneficiary.

All spending for the night will be matched by Resorts World Sentosa and the entirety will go to your chosen cause supported by Community Chest – so long as 98 diners show up.

That is why we call it the RWS Carrot Cause. Because you dangle the carrot, we act on your cause.

To get your seats, visit the RWS Carrot Cause website or call 6577 6688 or email dining@rwsentosa.com. The first session is sold out. Second session starts at 8:45pm. So hury and grab your seats before they’re gone!
