We ushered in the Year of the Dog with an abundance of Lunar New Year events, including Fortune Street where consulting masters from 9 different schools of divination helped guests divine the future, as well as the Resort-wide Great Fortune Draws where over S$110,000 worth of prizes were up for grabs.

2. Meet & Greet with Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel
Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel visited fans at Universal Studios Singapore from 30 March to 1 April 2018.
3. Visits by celebrity chefs
Art at Curate 2018 saw four distinguished female chefs collaborate with CURATE’s Chef de Cuisine Benjamin Halat to present exclusive ‘four hands’ lunch and dinner menus every quarter. Read more about Art at Curate
Michelin-starred Chef Yonemura was at Teppan By Chef Yonemura from 5 to 7 March 2018 to whip up his signature dishes for guests.
From 9 March to 29 April 2018, guests found their happy place at TrollsTopia at USS.
5. Ocean Fest
From 25 May to 24 June 2018, SE.A. Aquarium’s Ocean Fest raised awareness for ocean conservation through an eco-market, educational challenges, underwater performances, upcycling workshops, art installation and more.
6. Jurassic World: Explore & Roar
It was a larger-than-life adventure with all-new live action shows, Raptor Training School, AR experiences and more at Jurassic World: Explore & Roar at USS from 2 June to 22 August 2018.
7. RWS Original Productions
An entertaining caricature of reality and an imaginative adventure at a natural history museum brought both laughter and tears to the audience.
Super Mommy dealt with issues of family, work-life balance, and the treatment of domestic helpers by taking the audience on a dramatic roller coaster vis-à-vis family dynamics when a foreign domestic helper enters the picture.
Locally adapted from a Korean box-office hit and award-winning musical, Musical TARU features life-sized dinosaur puppetry, feel-good family moments, as well as a star-studded principal cast.
8. RWS Football Fever

From 30 June to 15 July 2018, RWS turned up the heat with RWS Football Fever 2018. It was Singapore’s most immersive spectator experience with a super-wide 270° screen, comfy soccer turf seating, beer, bar bites, performances, games and even matches with local football legends.
9. Splash Bash
Water-themed challenges, cool prizes and chill party vibes made Splash Bash at Adventure Cove Waterpark’s Splash Bash the place to be from 26 May to 1 July 2018.
10. Release of sea turtles Louie and Hawke

11. Cookie Monster and Abby Cadabby at Universal Studios Singapore

13. Halloween Horror Nights 8
Universal Studios Singapore’s iconic Halloween Horror Nights (USS HHN) was back for its eighth edition across 18 select nights from 27 September to 31 October 2018. This year, there were three live shows, two scare zones and five haunted houses, one of which was based on the critically acclaimed Netflix’s Stranger Things series (read all about the Stranger Things haunted house).

From 23 November 2018 to 6 January 2019, S.E.A. Aquarium turns into a glowing marine wonderland where guests can learn about luminescent marine life through science, art and whimsical fun.
