What is it?  Well thought-out 4, 5 or 8-course Christmas menus by Executive Chef Tomonori Danzaki from Joël Robuchon Restaurant.

Featuring: mouth-watering dishes like Japanese Scallops ceviche with osetra caviar (aka La Noix de Saint Jacques), succulent roasted lobster with herbs dressed with savory black pepper ‘malabar’ sauce, and  Beef fillet in Rossini interpretation with vintage Taylors port accompanied with a generous portion of bitter salad sprouts.
