It comprises lobster bisque with king crab, baked lamb loin with mushrooms and onions, and the irresistible passion fruit cake with summer berries macerated in champagne, among other selections.
Festive Hotel Poolside and Cabana
What’s more, you get to enjoy dinner in the privacy of your own Festive Hotel poolside cabana. To up the romance factor (and to add to your convenience), look out for the complimentary bouquet of roses, beautiful gourmet cake and a Spa Republic massage for two. Chef Davide Bizzarri has created a special ‘Pink Menu’ for Valentine’s Day at Palio. Many of the ingredients used are pink. So if your partner is a pink fan, hopefully she’ll squeal with glee. Plus, get her a thoughtful gift in the same colour!
