It’s Christmas at Resorts World Sentosa, and what better way to celebrate than with a feast of glorious fairytale festive delights this Christmas season. From the very traditional—Christmas log cakes, gingerbread, honey baked ham and turkey—to the classics with modern twists—Santa Choco Bear, Citrus Fairyland Yule Log and the Panettone Basso Cioccolato, it’s time to kick-start this jolly season. All festive goodies have been created by award-winning pastry chef Kenny Kong who has recently joined the team at RWS.

Arctic Fun Fruitcake
Remember the movie “Happy Feet”? Inspired by the jolly penguins from the show, this elaborate 3D fruitcake however is for the grown-ups who love rum and brandy-soaked sponge, coated with soft fondant.

Citrus Fairyland Yule Log
In celebration of the Christmas fairyland theme this year at RWS, we have this modern take on the traditional logcake. Made with Grand Cru milk, Earl Grey chocolate ganache, tangy citrus roulade and strawberry marshmallows, it tastes as tantalising as it looks!

This gingerbread house is the perfect centerpiece for any party. Just like in the fairytale, this fantastical hut is generously decorated with festive cookies, icing and colourful festive trimmings.

Our Gingerbread recipe from Switzerland includes a blend of honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder, clove, nutmeg and wheat flour. They are available in an assortment of shapes.

Santa Choco Bear
This chocolate showpiece is simply indulgent; everything you see in the picture can be eaten, except for the little bronze box which also contains chocolates. A homemade ivory Chocolate Bear with Christmas pralines, spicy caramel cashew nuts and fruity bonbons, this is a wonderful centerpiece to impress your guests.

Sprinkling Christmas Flower Pot
As whimsical as some fairytales go, surprise your guests with this Chocolate Flower Pot that is blooming with exuberance, made using Grand Cru dark chocolate, almond rocher and dragees. The host of the party can start by breaking off the petals to go with coffee.
